Bottle of Bodegas Franco Espanolas Rioja Royal White or Rioja Bordon Reserva wine Three cups of fresh fruit or berries of choice 1/3 cup white sugar 1/4 brandy
Pour brandy over cut fruit or berries and leave for 15 minutes to absorb.
Pour wine into pitcher and add sugar.
Add fruit or berries and brandy mixture to pitcher.
Stir gently so as not to muddle fruit or berries.
Taste and add sugar to taste if needed.
Set in refrigerator overnight our at least four hours.
Pour into glasses filed with ice.
