Silver Alert canceled for 90-year-old Anderson man

UPDATE: The Silver Alert issued for this man has been canceled by Indiana State Police.

Anderson police said Whitmill was located in Noblesville early Tuesday morning, where he had run out of gas. Though confused, he called family members and is safe.

ANDERSON, Ind. (Dec. 28, 2015)—Anderson Police are searching for a missing 90-year-old man who they believe may be in danger.

A silver alert has been issued for Charles Whitmill, who is approximately 5-feet-10-inches tall, with gray hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen around 2 a.m. Monday. He was wearing blue and green-colored pajamas. He is believed to be driving a maroon 1992 Buick Park Avenue vehicle with Indiana license plate VGS819.
