UPDATE: The victim was pronounced dead on Friday by medical staff at the hospital. The following story has been updated.
INDIANAPOLIS — An argument in the parking lot of an apartment complex ends in gunfire, resulting in one person’s death as police search for two suspects.
Officers were called out around 6:15 p.m. on a report of a person shot in the 9300 block of Meadowlark Drive. Once there, police located one victim, a Black male in his 30’s, who was taken to the hospital. IMPD said he was shot in the head. He was initially reported in critical condition but has since died.
At this time, police are looking for two suspects in a grey Chrysler 200.
The driver is described as a Black male, wearing a grey t-shirt, black hat and black shoes. The passenger is a Black female wearing a black shirt grey sweats and black shoes.
