LAFAYETTE, Ind.– A statewide Silver Alert has been issued as the Clinton County Sheriff’s office investigates the disappearance of a man from Lafayette.

Roger Lewis is described as an 83-year-old white male, 6’2″ tall, weighing 185 lbs., with gray hair and brown eyes.

Lewis was wearing a black windbreaker or orange jacket. He was last seen Friday at 6 a.m. in Paducah, Kentucky, and is believed to be in danger. Lewis may be disoriented and require medical attention.

He is believed to be driving a 2009 silver Nissan Versa with Indiana license plate SYN174.
