Howard, Miami, Tipton, Cass, Fulton and Clinton Counties are forming the North Central Indiana Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy.

County leaders plan to combine their resources and money to attract federal dollars. They want to use the federal money for improvements in infrastructure.
