Southwest to add nonstop flights from Indy to Boston, Los Angeles

INDIANAPOLIS (Dec. 17, 2014) – Southwest Airlines will add nonstop flights from Indianapolis to Boston and Los Angeles.

The new routes start in June and include two daily flights to Boston Logan International Airport and one flight to Los Angeles International Airport, the Indianapolis Airport Authority announced Wednesday.

Michael Wells, president of IAA, said the flights expand service into “key business markets.”

Southwest is offering special, introductory pricing starting Wednesday through Dec. 22, 2014, on new nonstop routes for travel June 7 through Aug. 6, 2015. For more information, visit

The expanded service is the latest announcement from the airport, which said in November that Allegiant Air would run nonstop flights from Indy to New Orleans, Las Vegas and three Florida locations.
