INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (June 21, 2015) - Rain, lightning and hail moved through central and northern Indiana early Sunday morning. Heavy winds brought down tree limbs and power lines all over the state

IPL and Duke energy were dispatched to multiple locations throughout the night and into the morning to help restore power to the thousands that lost it.

Police and crews were forced to close multiple roads in order to clean off the debris.

Reports from Tippecanoe, Marion, and Hamilton Counties show most of the heavy damage.

Thousands of residents in Lafayette and Carmel, to name a few, have been without power for most of Sunday morning.
