The Ultimate Slider:
3 1/2 oz. Ultimat Vodka
1/2 oz. pickle juice.
Shake with ice and strain in a martini glass, garnish with a pickle slice and 3 cocktail onions. Nice alternative to the classic dirty martini.
1/2 bottle (375ml) Fonseca Bin 27
4 oz. Orange Liquor
2 tbls. Granulated sugar
12 oz. Ginger Ale.
Slice fruit and combine all ingredients other than Ginger Ale in pitcher. Marinate for a few hours. Add ice and Ginger Ale and stir. Serve in wine glass. Serves 3-5
2 oz. Camus VSOP
1 oz. Orange Liquor
1 oz. Sour Mix (equal parts water, sugar, lemon and lime juice)
Shake with ice and strain in a martini glass rimmed with sugar (sugar optional), garnish with lemon twist. This classic dates back to the 1920’s.
