INDIANAPOLIS – For at least one more season, downtown will remain their home.

With the Pepsi Coliseum at the Indiana State Fairgrounds still under construction, the Indiana Ice will continue to play their home games at Bankers Life Fieldhouse and the Pan Am Plaza.

It was at the former Saturday night for the opening home game for the USHL team in the 2013-2014 campaign and the team disappoint their fans at the traditionally basketball venue.

Facing Youngstown, the Ice fell behind 3-0 in the second period only to rally back to tie the game and force overtime. The game would advance to a shootout which went through eight shooters before the Phantoms finally got the 4-3 victory.
