Temperatures continue to warm up over the next seven days and our seven day forecast is beginning to look like what you would expect it to look like for this time of the year.
The next couple of days will be dry with a series of fronts passing through the area. The first front will arrive on Friday morning at around 7am. Most won’t even notice the front passing
with only a brief gust of wind, and winds behind the front coming in from the northwest instead of the southeast. The cold front will be weak with Friday highs forecast to actually be a couple of degrees warmer than Thursday’s highs.
As we head into the weekend the warm-up is expected to continue. Temperatures on both Saturday and Sunday should easily hit the 60s. Both days should be dry with only a small isolated chance for rain on Sunday. Another front passes through on Sunday stalling out on top of us Sunday morning. The front should be dry but winds will pick up late Saturday and Sunday morning. Wind gusts could hit 35mph.
Rain chances arrive with the beginning of the new work week with scattered showers possible on Monday and Tuesday. Some storms will be possible on Wednesday with more rain likely on both Thursday and Friday. Temperatures during this time should remain in the 60s for highs with perhaps a quick dip of temps as an upper low passes by.
