INDIANAPOLIS (Oct. 12, 2014) -- They walked in support of Alzheimer's disease.

Thousands took to the streets Sunday afternoon to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research.

The 30th "Walk to End Alzheimer's" is held annually in more than 6,000 communities nationwide.

The walk stepped off on New York Street downtown, and brought out people of all kinds, with one common goal in mind.
