Three arrested in Fishers following business burglary

Fishers police arrested three people after investigating a reported burglary at a business.

Dispatchers received a 911 call at around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday from a resident who reported hearing a loud noise near Irving Materials Inc. located at 10959 Olio Rd. The caller was worried that someone was stealing from the business.

Fishers police arrived and found a car leaving the business. An officer stopped the car a short distance away from the site. Another officer checked the business, finding a broken window and an open door. A search also found that someone had removed wiring and other electrical equipment.

Police questioned three people at the Fishers Police Department. All three were arrested and taken to the Hamilton County Jail on preliminary charges of burglary and theft.

Arrested were:

  • Justin Mullins, 32, Anderson
  • Gary Fairchild, 29, Arcadia
  • Jennifer Macy, 34, Arcadia
