(Feb. 15, 2016) – Comcast customers around the country found themselves unable to watch TV or get online Monday.
Several areas reported outages, including customers in Indianapolis. According to Downdetector.com, the problem also affected customers in Chicago, Seattle, Denver, Houston, Philadelphia, Baltimore and New York.
Comcast’s customer service Twitter account has been busy throughout the day answering questions from customers.

The company provided the following updates:
1:22 p.m. We have repaired the temporary network interruption that impacted some of our services this morning. Our engineers continue to work on this issue and almost all services have already been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our customers.
