Victim in critical condition after shooting in McDonald’s parking lot on northeast side

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.– Police say a person is in critical condition after a shooting on the northeast side.

The shooting occurred around 4:20 p.m. in the 2400 block of East 38th Street, near Keystone Avenue. Police say it may have occurred in a McDonald’s parking lot.

The victim was shot in the abdomen and taken to Eskenazi Health in critical condition.
