HARDINSBURG, Ind. (March 13, 2015)– A volunteer firefighter is accused of raping a woman inside Posey Township Firehouse #2 in Hardinsburg. On Sunday, the woman contacted the Harrison County sheriff’s department and alleged she was raped on December 13 while on a date with a local volunteer firefighter.

The victim said she met Kelby Arthur Hash, 21, of Hardinsburg, and had agreed to meet him for a date. While on the date, she says she was taken to the firehouse located at 333 East U.S. Highway 150.

The victim alleged that she was raped while the two were alone at the firehouse.

On Friday, Hash was arrested and taken to the Washington County jail. Hash is charged with rape and is being held on a $20,000 full-cash bond.
