INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Wet road conditions and speeding may have led to an early Thursday morning crash on the east side.

According to IMPD,  a car traveling west bound on Michigan Street had to swerve out-of-the-way of car in front of him. In doing so, the driver skidded along the street into a utility pole.

The driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to Methodist Hospital.
