INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (April 15, 2016) – A woman was critically injured after a truck went into a house on the city’s near south side.

The accident occurred at Terrace Avenue and South New Jersey Street around 4:45 p.m.

According to the Indianapolis Fire Department, there were two people inside the truck – a 77-year-old woman and a 53-year-old man. The woman was transported to Eskenazi Hospital in critical condition. The man was transported to Eskenazi Hospital in serious condition. There was a small dog in the truck that was also injured.

The crash caused $30,000 worth of damage to the house. No one in the house was injured.
