Hoosiers’ big man Thomas Bryant to return for sophomore season

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (April 7, 2016) – Great news for IU fans! FOX59 has confirmed that Indiana University freshman Thomas Bryant will return for his sophomore season.

The Hoosiers’ big man was considered by many to potentially be a first round NBA draft pick.

Bryant was a huge factor in the Hoosiers’ success this year. The 6’10” center averaged 11.9 points and 5.8 rebounds per game this past season.

Bryant received Third Team All-Big Ten accolades from the coaches and Honorable Mention All-Big Ten by the media. He was also name to the Big Ten All-Freshman team.

Rumors have been circulating as to whether junior forward Troy Williams will return, but he has not made an announcement at this time.
