INDIANAPOLIS – When the Colts take on the Jacksonville Jaguars, they’ll be without their top rusher.

The team revealed running back Ahmad Bradshaw would miss Sunday’s game with a neck injury. According to coach Chuck Pagano, Bradshaw suffered the injury in last week’s win against the San Francisco 49ers.

Bradshaw leads the team with 186 yards and two touchdowns on 41 carries. He rushed for 95 yards and a touchdown against San Francisco last week.

The news means new acquisition Trent Richardson will get plenty of work Sunday. Donald Brown will likely seen an increased workload (he carried the ball just three times against the 49ers), and it’s possible the Colts will elevate Kerwynn Williams from the practice squad.

The Colts have already lost Vick Ballard for the season with a knee injury, a setback that prompted the Colts to trade a first-round pick to Cleveland in exchange for Richardson.

Also on the injury front, T.Y. Hilton was seen walking in a boot Friday, although Pagano said he was just being rested. Ricky Jean Francoise (groin) and LaRon Landry (ankle) will miss the Jacksonville game. Both defensive players were offseason free agent acquisitions.

Center Samson Satele and linebacker Pat Angerer are both expected to play after missing last week’s game at San Francisco. Safety Joe Lefeged was limited in practice with a knee injury.

The Colts and Jaguars kick off at 1 p.m. Sunday.
