INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Titus McCoy ran for 193 yards and scored three touchdowns to lead top-ranked Center Grove to a 28-16 victory over Penn in the Class 6A championship game.

McCoy sealed the Trojans’ second title in school history with a 1-yard touchdown run with 1:41 left.

The Kingsmen pulled within 14-10 on their first drive of the second half after a nearly 7-minute drive. Penn (12-2) was so stingy with the ball that McCoy’s game-sealing touchdown was only the second possession of the second half for the Trojans (14-0).

Quarterback Camden Bohn finished 12-for-18 with 139 passing yards, one touchdown and one interception. Receiver John Ohlson had six catches for 75 yards for Penn.
