INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (September 11, 2014) – The 2015 NCAA Men’s Final Four will take place right here in Indianapolis!

And more than 900 third graders have taken a pledge to read at least 30 books before the games begin!

It’s part of the “NCAA Team Works” community initiative.

It encourages life-long learning and healthy living in central Indiana.

“Anything you do in life, it’s all about reading, whether you open up some mail, ask for directions.  Anything you do in life is all about reading.  So, to start at the early age to get the students to understand how important reading is, it’s amazing,” said Jason Gardner, IUPUI Men’s Basketball coach.

Students who complete the challenge will be rewarded with tickets to the 2015 Final Four tournament at Lucas Oil Stadium.
