INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Josh Hart scored 22 points and Ryan Arcidiacono had 11 to help No. 11 Villanova get past No. 18 Butler 60-55 on Sunday night.

The Wildcats (14-2, 4-0 Big East) have won six straight to remain the conference’s only unbeaten team in league play.

Butler (12-4, 1-3) was led by Roosevelt Jones with 20 points and Kellen Dunham with 13. The Bulldogs lost their second straight at home.

Villanova appeared to be in trouble when Dunham started the second half with four points to give Butler its biggest lead, 31-24.

But the Wildcats answered with a 14-0 run to retake the lead. After Butler cut the deficit to 44-43 with 7:01 to play, Villanova went on a 10-2 spurt to make it 54-45.

Butler closed to within 58-55 in the final minute and had a chance to tie the score. But Jordan Gathers missed a 3 with 13 seconds left.
