FOX59 News Anchor Daniel Miller gets dunked for the morning team during the 2023 Pack the Pantries campaign. As of 9:45 a.m., $23,604 was raised between Midwest and Gleaners.

Executive Vice President of Financial Center First Credit Union, Dusty Simmons and Executive Director of Midwest Food Bank, Marcie Luhigo join the FOX59 crew to help Pack the Pantries.

Ande Sadtler, Director of Community Impact for the Indianapolis Colts and Blue join the FOX59 crew to help with the Pack the Pantries campaign.

Throughout the day on Tuesday, FOX59 and CBS4 will be hosting the Pack the Pantries donation drive for Giving Tuesday. Hoosiers will be able to donate to the Midwest Food Bank and the Gleaners Food Bank, helping thousands of Hoosiers who struggle every day to access food.

Indy Fuel President Larry McQueary, Marcie Luhigo with Midwest Food Bank, and Indy Fuel mascot Nitro joined Daniel in the studio with a contribution to the Pack the Pantries fundraiser.

Midwest Food Bank Indiana was established in 2008 and has made a huge impact when it comes to food insecurity in our state. They provide food to pantries in roughly 62 Indiana counties, working with nearly 300 partners to help put food on the table for our hungry neighbors. Midwest’s Executive Director, Marcie Luhigo, joined Daniel in the studio to share more about the assistance they provide.
