Needler’s donates $100k to local organizations for …
Family-owned Needler's Fresh Market donated $100,000 to local organizations for Giving Tuesday. Indy Now Co-Host Ryan Ahlwardt visited one of the stores, talking to CEO Michael Needler about two of the causes the company is committed to supporting: fighting food insecurity and supporting mental health. Needler was joined by Bethany Watson of Gleaners Food Bank and Amanda Everidge of Hancock Health, two of the organizations Needler's has partnered with. Each received a $10,000 check to support the work they do in the community. Right now, Needler's is also doing its annual Holiday Food Bag Drive. Stop in one of the stores to buy a bag of food that goes to local families in need. For more information about Needler's or to find the store closest to you, visit needlersfreshmarket.com.
