INDIANAPOLIS — The National Weather Service issued a dense fog advisory for portions of Central Indiana until 9 a.m.

Rainfall over the last 24 hours coupled with light winds and clearing skies has resulted in dense fog over parts of Central Indiana.

The NWS warns of visibility less than a quarter mile. Motorists should slow down and give extra time between them and the vehicle in front of them.
