Scattered snow showers are expected to continue throughout the day and evening Thursday.
Wind gusts of 30 miles per hour will accompany the snowfall, with wind chills in the single digits. Wind chills in the evening hours could reach as low as 15 below zero.
Light accumulating snow will be possible Friday night through Saturday night, with amounts less than two inches, according to the National Weather Service of Indianapolis.
Roads will develop slick spots, so motorists are advised to use extra caution. Visibility could also be reduced to a mile or less with blowing snow.
