Storms race into central Indiana Wednesday evening; Tornado watch issued

A line of heavy storms will sweep the state from 7:30 pm through 11:30 pm bringing a threat of large hail, damaging winds and a chance of a tornado. The National weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch effective until 2 am for most of central Indiana.

A line of storms moving 50 mph will sweep east/southeast this evening with the storms likely reaching Indianapolis around or just after 8:30 pm.
