INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --Good Sunday evening! What a fabulous weekend of weather across central Indiana. This morning started a little cooler with temperatures in Indy in the mid-60s. Some places got into the 50s!
After highs in the upper 80s today, look for a partly cloudy sky and low temperatures back in the 60s to start Monday morning. Monday will be dry as high pressure remains in control. Humidity will be low once again with an east, northeast wind at 5-10 mph.
Here's your forecast for the fair:
We'll begin to see temperatures back in the 90s by Tuesday with slight rain chances in Indy. The best rain chances will be across south and eastern Indiana Tuesday. Humidity will also increase with heat indices in the upper 90s by Wednesday.
Models break down the ridge of high pressure into the weekend with a cold front coming our way. Widespread rain will move through central Indiana on Saturday with the front. --Danielle Dozier
