INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --Good Wednesday afternoon!
High pressure will build in Thursday and we'll have an east wind and highs in the upper 70s. Latest models try to bring some showers or storms in from the west and southwest in the afternoon and evening so we'll be tracking this chance.
A warm front will begin to lift across the area on Friday and a few showers or storms are once again possible. Highs will be in the low 80s.
Saturday looks soggy, with widespread showers and storms lasting through the day. With a lot of moisture content in the air, thunderstorms may produce quick, heavy downpours. Models show the potential of at least one inch of rainfall in spots. The showers will shift south through Sunday with our weather becoming hotter into next week. --Danielle Dozier
